Turning right here and hiking .4 miles will lead to the junction of the Kings Canyon trail. Then it&#8217;s a 1 mile hike back to the parking area. When walking away from the parking area, there appears to be a road and a trail to the right. The road is actually the beginning of the Kings Canyon trail. To access the Gould Mine Trail, stay to the left. This trail will take you down into a dry wash. BE CAREFUL HERE! You will see many footprints going up the dry wash. This is not the trail. There are no signs at this point and many people follow this wash. All would not be lost because the wash parallels the Kings Canyon trail. If this happens, just do the loop in reverse.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you only want to access Gould Mine trail, when you drop down in the wash turn immediately left and down the wash. Again no signs. The trail is down the wash about 100 feet or so.
