It is a well maintained trail through a temperate rain forest. The many shades of green is amazing. The trail ends after an easy two miles. There is a social trail that drops down to a branch of the Ennis Creek. Not really worth the scramble down but the hike along the Heart O&#8217; The Forest trail is enjoyable and a good introduction to what a temperate rain forest is. It is also convenient if you are camping at Heart o&#8217; the Hills or just visiting the visitor center in Port Angeles.<\/h4>\n\n\t\t<!-- MasterSlider -->\n\t\t<div id=\"P_MS6adf5a0fe4339\"
