Directions:<\/span><\/p>\n

From St. George, take Route 15 north to exit 22 for Leeds, UT.\u00a0 Turn left on Main St. and travel 5 miles to 900 N road.\u00a0 Turn right and follow past the Sand Cove parking area.\u00a0 Watch for the obvious gap in the cliffs on the right and the small parking area.<\/span><\/p>\n

    This is a difficult trail to follow at times.\u00a0 You should be familiar with open desert navigation and alert to subtle changes to a faint trail.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    This trail starts from the Historic Babylon Trail, making a sharp left and begins a steady and very steep climb up switchbacks on loose terrain. Once you pass the steep section, the trail rolls through open desert and soon you’ll have great views of the Red Cliffs.<\/h4>\n

    The trail ends where it meets the Historic Babylon Trail. When you start a steady downhill take note that you didn’t miss the end sign. The trail is usually done as part of a loop hike with the Historic Babylon Trail and descending the steep Little Purgatory Trail.\u00a0 This trail offers no protection from the sun and is best hiked in the early morning.<\/h4>\n\n\t\t\n\t\t
