I had never heard of this natural bridge before. I came across it while looking at the directions for Cedar Arch. Google maps has it clearly listed and reception is decent because you are only about 9 miles from the center of Escalante. Center street in Escalante becomes Proctor Road as you head south out of town. Proctor Road eventually becomes Cedar Wash Road. The trailhead is 3.3 miles on Cedar Wash Road from where the road turns to a dirt road. The road is passable with a standard passenger car unless it rains.
The trailhead is not marked and only a small pull-off. From the parking area there is an obvious trail that drops down into a wash. Turn left and the natural bridge is a short distance away. Explore a little further to see a carved out cave. Very Interesting tunnel-like cave. Return the way you came.
