Equipment:

  • Light hiking shoes
  • camera
  • sun protection

Hike Info:

No obstructions.  Very short trail.

These are very interesting tracks because of their size.   This track has several types of dinosaur, most notably is the large circular track ascending the slickrock.  These were created by a Sauropod (large dinosaur with very long necks).  The track is directly in front of the parking area.  The Bureau of Land Management has installed an interpretive sign.  This is a great activity for children abd very hot days because the trail is short however still fulling exposed to the sun.
